RMJALL:
WHERE CHAMPIONS RISE
The Rocky Mountain Junior A Lacrosse League is the highest level of Junior (ages 16-21) box lacrosse in Canada, on par with the WHL in hockey. The league features four elite teams: Calgary Mountaineers, Raiders Jr A Lacrosse, Edmonton Miners, and
Saskatchewan SWAT.
Success here demands skill, speed, and relentless dedication. Players hit the
floor 4-6 times per week, competing across Alberta and Saskatchewan in a
rigorous season from April to August. The league's high-caliber play has
produced numerous professional and collegiate athletes.
Each February, teams draft the next wave of talent, maintaining a protected roster of up to 50 players. The season culminates in the
battle for the Minto Cup, Canada’s most prestigious Junior box
lacrosse championship. Alberta continues to prove it belongs
on the national stage. Ready to compete, ready to win.
Established in 2003, the league has built a strong tradition of
player excellence and development.
